The front desk was completely unhelpful with information on this or any other information for that matter. Upon arrival, there was the notification of the $100 deposit, which was refundable (understandable) and then the $111.00 "resort fee". It seemed like a reasonable deal for what I needed. This hotel was booked for a conference being held at UNLV. Even if you are willing to pay this fee - it is wrong to not have it. I have learned since then you can go to and find a listing of hotels in the area that do not charge this fee. Overall - it was a place to sleep that was not crawling with bugs (at least that could be seen) but it was not a good experience and I would look for other accommodations in the future. The person in the room next to me was hanging their items in the closet and it was easy to hear each one being hung up. There was no coffee maker, there was a desk.but no chair. REDICULOUS! Next, it is Vegas.Water is important, but not only did they not have water, the vending machines were not anywhere but the main floor and the store was not open to get water most of the time. She was most likely doing her best, this was just not the career field for her.
